Lottery Green Cards


The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State which allocates 50,000 visas annually to be randomly divided between lottery winners from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. The selected applicants can pursue U.S. permanent residency. Lottery winners can apply for adjustment of status if they are in the United States or can opt for consular processing in they are abroad.


• You must be a citizen of a qualifying country.

• You must have high school education or its equivalent, or two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years’ training or experience.
