“It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men at their own choice, if the laws are so voluminous that they cannot be read or so incoherent that they cannot be understood” – James Madison
Dear Prospective Client:
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in my firm’s services. I appreciate that you have many choices when it comes to hiring quality legal representation. I am confident that your visit to Panagopoulos Embry will be educational, productive, and fully meet or exceed your expectations. I want you to know that I personally review all email that comes into the firm. Your comments and feedback are always welcome.
The James Madison quote above offers an important and prescient message from our national archives: Madison clearly anticipated that a maturing America would have to grapple with a complex legal structure. As we look around at the current landscape of the laws by which we govern ourselves, we see that James Madison was directly on point in his message: that if the laws we make become so voluminous and incoherent, that the ordinary People do not read and cannot understand them; they will have little value to the People, but to fertilize corruption and confusion.
Panagopoulos Law was founded on the premise that the law should be available to the People, to you, our clients, so that they may plan, grow and protect their lives, liberty, and pursuits of happiness. Our staff of legal experts is here to bring the law to the People, to our clients.
I look forward to visiting with you, and assisting you soon.
