Panagopoulos Law P.C. was founded in San Diego, California in 2010 by Attorney Dimitri Panagopoulos. Prior to starting the law firm, Mr. Panagopoulos served as a court appointed mediator in Arizona, from 2005 until 2010. As a veteran mediator Mr. Panagopoulos facilitated hundreds of negotiations and helped litigants resolve contested civil disputes. Mr. Panagopoulos' success as a mediator is attributed to his solid analytical skills, and his remarkable ability to understand and communicate with others.
Mr. Panagopoulos' vast experience also includes over 15 years of private investigation practice. Most recently from 2007 until 2010 as the senior partner in a private investigation agency focusing on serious criminal cases, and elder abuse cases. In that time, Mr. Panagopoulos led several investigations that resulted in out-right dismissals and acquittals including cases alleging such offenses as: armed robbery, aggravated assaults, aggravated burglary, and rape. Other cases, where investigations led by Mr. Panagopoulos resulted favorable plea agreements or improved sentencing include attempted murder, gang related crimes, escape cases, organized crime cases, weapons cases and drug related offenses. Colleagues close to Mr. Panagopoulos attribute those positive and appreciable results in substantial part to his keen analytical and fact finding skills.
Today Mr. Panagopoulos brings his longstanding wealth of knowledge and experience to formidably represent clients in three primary practice areas including 1.) Estate planning/administration matters including business planning/adminstration matters; 2.) Criminal law; and 3.) Personal Injury.
